Since 1987, company founder Bruno Jamouridis has been providing tailor-made personnel services. After the founding in Burgdorf, additional branches were established over time in Bern, Solothurn, and Olten. The Olten and Bern locations are now integrated into the Solothurn and Burgdorf branches.

In 2016, the current company structure was created with the three equal shareholders: Bruno Jamouridis, Olivia Jamouridis, and Thomas Haueter. Following the principle "Quality is also the boss's responsibility," the ownership trio continues to personally take care of the needs of job seekers and companies, supported by an experienced team of dedicated HR consultants.

With more than thirty-five years of experience in personnel services, two main locations, and of course, with the company motto "We do more for you," BIMO-personal AG has successfully built a large customer base with satisfied companies from various industries throughout the entire Swiss Midlands.
