Master data (e.g., name, postal address, email, phone number)

(Work) preferences (e.g., field of work, type of employment)

Education, work experience, skills

Application data (e.g., certificates, references, CV, photo)

Usage or inventory data (e.g., IP address, name of the retrieved file, date and time of retrieval, amount of data transferred, notification of successful retrieval, web browser, and querying domain.)

 

If you are a client of ours, we need to collect and use information about you or persons within your organization to provide services to you.

3. For what purposes is data processed?

Bimo AG processes your personal data for the following purposes:

a) For the initiation and execution of contracts, users only need to provide personal data to the extent necessary for setting up and using the account or for processing the application process.

 

Furthermore, the applicant authorizes Bimo AG to obtain references from former employers and other reference persons or to have them obtained by third parties.

 

b) For the establishment and management of an employment relationship in personnel leasing, an internal employment relationship with Bimo AG, or the placement of a permanent position with clients of Bimo AG (staffing services).

 

c) The user expressly consents to the processing of particularly sensitive personal data (e.g., race, religion, health data, criminal record), which they voluntarily provide to Bimo AG or which are necessary for business processing.

 

d) The user agrees that Bimo AG continues to process their data after the business relationship has ended, if the purpose requires it, or to offer information on potential job opportunities or interesting open positions, or for consulting regarding their further career planning. Legal retention periods will be observed. They can revoke their consent at any time. Obligations of Bimo AG to retain certain data due to legal regulations remain unaffected.

 

e) Compliance with legal regulations and requirements, such as labor law, tax and social security law, and international sanctions regulations (e.g., EU Anti-Terrorism Directive)

 

 

4. How is the data processed?

Bimo AG collects and stores the data itself. Your data will not be sold or made available to unauthorized third parties. Moreover, Bimo AG will only forward data within Bimo AG offices and to clients.

Temporary Employment:

Without your consent, the application file will be deleted/destroyed after the conclusion of the process, unless subject to a legal retention obligation.

 

By establishing a business relationship with Bimo AG and agreeing to the present privacy policy, you consent to your personal data being stored, processed, and disclosed to third parties for the purposes of temporary employment and/or staffing, even beyond the end of the specific placement process.
